Great job guys! Thanks for creating this. Superhelpful to have as its own area instead of inside a browser. One bug. When you click on wallboard, how do you get back?

I like the Nutshell UI. I had high hopes when I saw that they had developed a Mac program. Sadly, this is just a sham. This app is just junk. Its nothing more than a shortcut to the web interface. Nothing is really local - not the data or the interface. In fact, when changes are made to data on an account, you actually have to hit Reload to refresh what youre seeing on the current page...in what claims to be a local *application*. So its not only just a web shortcut, but its a terrible one at that. Could you imagine the absurdity if you had to hit Command-R to reload an Excel worksheet after you make a change? Who signed off on this trash? I had high hopes when I saw that Nutshell had a Mac application. I expected something I could work with offline while traveling. Its bad enough that it cant sync and work with local data, but to not actually be a real app that executes on your computer is just laziness. I dont accept laziness. This app, along with my trial account, are getting deleted. Good riddance.

The missleading information in App Store. This is not free but only a 14 day trail software. For that I give it a 1 star.

This app has changed the way my business operates in the best way possible. My team loves using it, and we can collaborate and close deals together. I can’t wait to see what they do with the next release.

The price is VERY misleading. The application actually costs $15 per month. Its EXTREMELY expensive for something that’s advertised as free - and the cost information is nowhere in the descripiton of the application! I will not give my money to someone who tries to sucker me into using their app with false promises.

The App Download is free, but it’s only a 14 day trial and its too expensive for someone just starting out. Very shady practice just to get users to download the app. I require honest and up front practices, this app has none of that.

Finally a CRM that is perfect for our company! And trust me I have tried them all!

It’s not going to integrate with other systems and it’s a one size fits all application but if you’re a small business looking to build a CRM, this is a very simple tool that allows a lot of basic customization and requires a very short learning curve to get started. For those complaining that it’s not free, you need only go to their website and do a little research. The site details that it is a 14 day free trial. That’s enough time to evaluate it.

The app is on point, easy to use and feature rich. If that isn’t enough the support team is wonderfully responsive to any issues that I may raise.
